Terms and Conditions of Participation – Quality Ski Time Film Tour 2025
1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the “T&C”) set out the rules applicable to registration and participation in the Quality Ski Time Film Tour 2025 (hereinafter the “Event”), organized by Salomon SAS.
2. Registration and Tickets
Registration for the Event is completed online via www.qualityskitimefilmtour.com.
A registration confirmation will be sent by e-mail, together with a nominative ticket to be presented at the entrance (printed or electronic version).
Tickets are personal and non-transferable.
3. Access and Participation
Access to the Event is subject to the presentation of a valid ticket.
The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to anyone not complying with safety rules, good conduct requirements, or applicable health regulations.
4. Changes and Cancellation
The organizer reserves the right to modify the program, venue, or schedule of the Event if necessary (force majeure, technical constraints, etc.).
In case of cancellation, participants will be notified by e-mail and/or SMS.
5. Gifts and Goodies
Gifts and goodies may be distributed during the Event. They cannot be exchanged, refunded, or converted into monetary compensation.
6. Liability
The organizer accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during the Event.
Participants remain responsible for their own behavior and safety.
7. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU 2016/679):
The data collected during registration (name, surname, e-mail address, city of participation) will be used solely for the management of registrations, communication related to the Event, and the sending of additional information.
This data will be retained for a maximum period of 12 months after the end of the Event.
Data will not be sold or shared with third parties without prior consent, except where required by law.
Each participant has the right to access, rectify, delete, or object to the processing of their data by contacting: [RGPD / DPO e-mail address].
8. Image Rights
By participating in the Event, each participant authorizes the organizer to use, free of charge, their image and voice as captured in photos, videos, or recordings made during the Event, for promotional purposes, on any medium, and for a duration of 3 years.
Any objection must be submitted in writing before the Event.
9. Governing Law
These T&C are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and if no amicable solution can be reached, the Tribunal judiciaire of Annecy, France shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
